Why you don't let a 2 year old play with pens

Yes, that's right, that would be the wall. Luckily it is the wall at the bottom of the stairs in the basement and needs to be painted anyway. This isn't nearly as bad as the time Melina got a hold of a permanent marker and scribbled all over my work computer. Sorry, I didn't get a picture of that, I was too busy freaking out. For the record, we don't actually "let" Melina play with pens or markers. She likes to get into things...a lot. Fun times!

Trick or Treat!

Melina had fun trick-or-treating. At first she tried to walk into people's houses, but then once she figured out how it worked, I think she thought it was pretty cool. I mean come on...you knock on people's doors and get free candy. There's nothing better than that. Here are some pictures of Melina in her Halloween costume.
